Allergen Control Group Inc. is currently undergoing a review and revision process for the Gluten-Free Certification Program (GFCP) to develop Version 3 of the Standard.
With the ever changing regulatory and customer driven requirements, the manufacturing landscape around specialty food claims is everchanging and the GFCP must also continue to evolve, to help protect the consumer.
Draft Version 3 is now being circulated for public comment. Your contribution to the revision of this standard is very important to us.
