Testing and the GFCP

testingAs part of meeting the requirements outlined in the GFCP Standards and Policies, facilities must have a documented sampling & testing plan.  This plan must be verified through internal and third-party audits and further validated by an accredited (ISO 17025) third-party laboratory in specific gluten testing methodologies to ensure accurate results.
For further information on gluten test methods, which may also be validated, based on the product formulation and preparation methods, it is recommended that you contact one of the following experts:
