The Second Asia Pacific Food Allergen Management Workshop aims to build on the increased awareness and improved communication of best practice food allergen management from the highly successful First Workshop in November 2016, in Shanghai, China.
On September 27 and 28, 2016, over 130 stakeholders from across the food value chain met for a two-day session to continue the advancement of safe and reliable gluten-free foods for the consumer marketplace. The Session was led and facilitated by the Canadian Celiac Association, the Allergen Control Group Inc., and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.
