On September 27 and 28, 2016, over 130 stakeholders from across the food value chain met for a two-day session to continue the advancement of safe and reliable gluten-free foods for the consumer marketplace. The Session was led and facilitated by the Canadian Celiac Association, the Allergen Control Group Inc., and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.
Stakeholders from every facet of the gluten-free supply chain gathered to share new insights, valuable perspectives and critical information about the new and future science behind celiac disease, gluten-free products and markets, audit & certification processes, sampling & testing, regulations & enforcement, and more.
