Ste. Anne’s Bakery: Our Journey To Certification

Ste Anne'sFor the past 4 years, Ste. Anne’s Bakery has been baking delicious, freshly made, gluten-free foods. As a result of their passion for helping those who are gluten intolerant or searching for healthier options, Ste. Anne’s Bakery became independently certified gluten-free, with an official mark of approval.

“We’ve always been proud of the variety and high quality of gluten-free products offered at Ste. Anne’s Bakery, and our guests love them,” says owner Jim Corcoran. “The GFCP certification is the veritable icing on our cakes!”

The lunch menu includes fresh salads, soups, burgers, lasagna, wraps and sandwiches, as well as a daily quiche with a gluten-free crust. Organic, locally roasted coffee and specialty teas are available too.

Spinato’s Fine Foods: Create your family’s traditions by using ours – salute!

SpinatosIn 1974, the Spinato family opened their first pizzeria in Scottsdale, Arizona after moving from Chicago. The family currently operates 5 award winning restaurants in the Phoenix metropolitan area, employing over 330 people, and have enjoyed a loyal following for 43 years. During those 43 years, our guests purchased our marinara sauce in Styrofoam cups. Also, due to certain allergens our guests inspired our desire to develop gluten free menu items so that they could still enjoy our pizza.

Almost 40 years later, in 2015 after extensive market research (our guests), the Spinato’s family launched a line of gluten free pizzas and pasta sauces into retail. We are proud to say since that launch we are currently in 1,000 retailers across the country and our gluten-free frozen pizzas are available coast to coast through Healthy Goodness, www.healthygoodness.com. Our pizza boxes are proudly branded with the GFCP Certification stamp!

The Secret’s in the Sauce
Dinner will taste like you spent all day in the kitchen, but will take less time than doing the dishes (depending on your cooking style, that is!). Spinato’s line of Fine Foods brings together old-world flavors and quality with today’s busy lifestyles. So, while you won’t need to spend a lot of time to give your family a home cooked meal, it will sure taste like you did.
